Doug and Kirsten Hill have been in real estate for a combined 20 years (Kirsten 13 years and Doug 7 years) and are both Associate Brokers.  They have lived in the valley for 13 years and are very familiar with the Phoenix Metropolitan area.  The Hills work primarily in the east valley (Ahwatukee, Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert and Mesa) and do a lot of business through various relocation companies which makes them very familiar with the process.  

Doug and Kirsten have been the #1 Realtors in their office of almost 60 agents for several years.  They are also the #1 Coldwell Banker agents in the east valley for 2006 and have been invited to the Elite Retreat three years in a row. Only two percent of the more than 127,700 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker^® system qualified for the distinguished group. As a member of the company's International President's Elite, they have been invited again to attend the "Elite Retreat," a three-day conference held exclusively for the company's top Sales Associates in 2007.

The Hills have won the Coldwell Banker International Bronze Society Award, Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society Award, International President's Circle Award, International President's Elite Award for the last two years, and multiple Customer Service Awards.  Kirsten and Doug are both Executive Sales Associates, and Doug is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and sits on the grievance committee for the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors. 

They sell between 70-80 homes per year and employ a full-time assistant, Listing Manager and Buyer's Agent.
