Steve Chader's success in real estate has evolved over the past thirty years. He is the Owner/Operating Principal of two Keller Williams Integrity First franchise market centers in Mesa and two business centers (Gold Canyon and White Mountains).
Steve is owner/partner of TCT Property Management Services, which manages over 350 residential units, and 30 commercial/condo properties.
Additionally, Steve is owner of a top-producing real estate group known as The Chader Team and has earned the Keller Williams Double Platinum Award. He shares his knowledge of the industry by serving as a faculty member and International Master Instructor for Keller Williams University.
The secret of Steve's success, he believes, lies within the power of his team. He challenges his partners to share their passion, develop their strengths, and be knowledge-based as they specialize in building careers worth having, businesses worth owning, and lives worth living.
Steve has been a multi-million dollar producer every year since 1978, and in 2001 had a gross sales volume of $42 million. His consistent production has placed him in the top 1% REALTORSâ in the United States. In 2004, he was the recipient of the Phoenix Business Journal's Residential Real Estate Lifetime Achievement Award for his outstanding efforts in his day-to-day job, in the real estate industry as a whole, and for making the community a better place to live. In 1999, he was honored as REALTORâ of the Year.
A self-described workaholic, Steve still places a high priority on family. His wife, Jill, is a junior high school counselor. As a student council sponsor, she teaches and develops future leaders. His face fills with pride as he speaks of his two boys. The eldest, Matt, works for City of Mesa as a firefighter and Chris is a college student. Both boys have started their own real estate investments.
Steve is the Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee and also serves as a Mediator for South East Valley Regional Association of REALTORSâ. He is on the Board of Directors for KW Cares and for Mesa Bank. Steve served the community of Gilbert, Arizona as a city councilman for six years. For enjoyment, he plays bass guitar in his church band and with the 6 foot 6 rock and roll band. Steve supports his favorite charities, KW Cares and Sunshine Acres, by donating a portion from each transaction.
