Carol Royse is a native of Arizona who has been a Realtor for over 24 years.  She started her Team over six years ago and has been with Keller Williams over eight years.  Since coming to Keller Williams she has been consistently ranked within the top agents in the country. 

In 2004 she sold over $48 million in volume, in 2005 over $74 million and $1,7000,000 in gross commission income as well as ranked #15 within Keller Williams International out of over 48,000 agents. In 2006 she maintained her standings in production with $1,200,000 in gross commission. 

She has a large team which includes her son, Tim Evans, as her lead Buyer's Specialist and Vikki Middlebrook, her Relocation Specialist and Marketing Manager.  Along with her family, the Team includes three administrative staff and four Buyer's Agents. 

Carol loves to vacation in Maui with her husband, Tom, and spend time with her six grandchildren.
