Bill Ryan, a native of Chandler, Arizona, began his career in real estate in 1974 while completing his Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate and Finance at Arizona State University.
Bill holds the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate REALTORS Institute). He is the current President of the Chandler Horizons Rotory and a Past President of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce. In 2001, Bill was the number one agent with Realty Executives in the entire metropolitan Phoenix area and has been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer since 1976. He joined RE/MAX Achievers in November of 2003 and his team was the number one RE/MAX Team in Arizona in 2004 and 2005.
Bill Ryan has used personal assistants in his business since 1981. His Team Manager, Kerri Wade, has been in real estate for 25 years and is responsible for overseeing all team activities, goals, stats and marketing. Kerri works from her home in Idaho and performs all of her job duties via the internet. A Transaction Coordinator and Listing Coordinator, along with two property management employees, round out Bill's administrative staff.
While Bill Ryan's main focus is on listing properties, his seven selling assistants have been personally trained and mentored by Bill and Kerri. They are on call to answer property questions, ad calls, sign calls and to meet the needs of his buyer clients around the clock. A direct line is on all of Bill's advertising and signs and that line is always forwarded to one of the agent's cell phones when they are away from their desks. All calls are answered promptly and by someone who is knowledgeable about Bill's listed properties.
Bill Ryan and his team GET RESULTS. Every showing is followed up on and feedback is solicited from every agent that shows one of Bill's listings and that feedback is promptly provided to the seller. Once a week, Bill's clients receive a Marketing or Closing Report that lists all activities performed that week. His clients love being kept in the loop and always rave about the team's superb follow-up skills.
